Our Doctors
Dr. Kendall Meeks
Dr. Kendall Meeks is a Tate County local who has been practicing for over 20 years. She was a student at Magnolia Heights before pursuing her undergraduate degree at Rhodes College, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology. She would later attended Mississippi State University and graduate from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002.
Dr. Rebecca Cobb
Dr. Rebecca Cobb is a native of Senatobia. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at Mississippi State University. She then pursued her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. When not working, Dr. Cobb loves to travel with her husband and spend time with their two dogs.
Dr. Lisa Godfrey
Dr. Godfrey, a native of Columbus, MS, received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University in 1989. Her many years of experience and knowledge of a diverse span of animals make her a great asset to not just our team, but to our community as well. Dr. Godfrey has practiced in Desoto County for 20 years, and now she’s ready to see all that Tate County has to offer.
Dr. Godfrey is married with 2 kids, 1 sweet grand baby, and a multitude of pets. In her spare time she loves to keep herself busy. A major advocate for animal welfare, her love for what she does truly just doesn’t stop when the doors close. In fact, she has been a major supporter of the Magnolia Wildlife for years now; doing everything from treating the animals in their care when needed, to helping shape/educate future generations by leading their annual Kids Vet camp. When asked what else she enjoys she jokingly replies: “Animals, I just love doing Vet stuff. I mean….I guess you can throw gardening, canning my stuff, and sewing when I have time”.
